What to expect
Through conversation, we determine the needs and values important to you and your family. Together we formulate wishes and preferences and map out which services suit your needs on your end of life journey.
We provide practical support and a peaceful presence for everyone involved; at home, at the hospice or in hospital.
For some people, thinking about their own death or the process of dying can cause anxiety and fear. We can explore and work through the fear of dying and educate you and your family about the dying process.
We will provide you with information about your rights and choices, so that you are able to make informed decisions about how you would like to spend your time left on earth and after.
